New Business Project Demonstration

Under the Entrepreneurship subject of my BBA program of final year, my course teacher arranged a competitive program in our class where was invited lots of departmental teachers in our University to judge our new business project.

We have been given some instructions by the teacher to demonstrate our project. These ares-

             Ø  This project not to have copy paste with others

             Ø  It have to be unique idea

             Ø  To provide information, have to do market research or Market survey

             Ø  Gather accurate data with reference

             Ø  Not more than 500,000 BDT (6,173.81USD) to run this business

MY BUSINESS PROJECT NAME:  E-commerce in Agricultural area

AT a glance my project:

MY site name is ‘Grameen e-shop.com’ which provides some options where have buy & sell sign where farmers can buy or sell new equipment or used equipment at a low cost. And farmers can sell their vegetables, rice, fish and others producing crops direct to final consumers through our website. My business is B to B, B to C.

Costing:

To set up this business need to 400,000 BDT

Survey:

I surveyed in 4 north district such as Lalmonirhat, Pabna, Bogura & Kurigram and took an interview from different farmers through a same form question. There are 12 questions. Then I took the information. To see my Survey Question

MY THOUGHTS

In Bangladesh,there are lots of E-commerce site but these are not fit for farmer.I think it is a lack to develop our country.Because there are almost 80% people do the work in agriculture.So, I think that if our farmers get their equipment, tools, seed etc which are needed for cultivation time to time at cheap rate in quality.Then it would be help to grow more crop.So,my project concept had to create a e-commerce site which would do the business with the farmer to farmer and farmer to consumers.

Subsequently, my project had been valued by the teachers as a unique business idea.
